MOSACK'S reserves the right to contact customer, before shipping, regarding rates for overweight items and orders shipped outside of the contiguous US. MOSACK'S reserves the right to contact customer with any price increases.

MOSACK'S accepts all major credit cards for speedy order processing. Your merchandise will typically be shipped within one business day of receiving your order, but faster delivery can be arranged by contacting customer service.

Refunds are given within 30 days of order shipment. Please make sure items are in their original packaging.

For tax exemption, please fax us a copy of your Tax Exempt Status Information form to 440-525-5549. At time of checkout, create your User ID and Password to set up your account. Tax will be removed from your credit card on your first order. To insure your tax exemption on future orders, please log onto your account during checkout.
